The Riverton Community Health Centre was the second Power Smart Certified building to be constructed in Manitoba. Constructed on a brownfield site adjacent to an existing personal assisted living home, the clinic was situated to take full advantage of the views afforded by the Icelandic River. The final design caters to the community and integrates the facility into it’s surroundings. The interior layout is strategically designed to provide community access while maintaining privacy for clinic rooms and labs.
