The city of Winnipeg requested a design that would make better use of the mezzanine area of the existing building. The final design was open on top, to avoid costly HVAC work, while maintaining a high level of privacy for the conduction of training sessions. The final design was constructed of stainless steel framing with polymer panels. The design is well integrated into its surroundings through the use of a rippling watermark finish that disguises fingerprints in a highly trafficked area. Viewing panels were also incorporated into the design to allow for visual integration.
