THE OPPORTUNITY

OFFICE ASSISTANT
SYNYSHYN ARCHITECTURE INTERIOR DESIGN INC

THE POSITION

Telephone reception, word processing, scheduling of appointments, travel and conference arrangements. Filing of paper and electronic data etc. Ordering office supplies and general maintenance of office equipment. General maintenance of office including neat and tidy organization, meeting preparations. Keeping and maintaining product and sample library. Running errands.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Working Terms
• 37.5 hour work week based on 1950 hours per year.
• Two weeks paid vacation after one year of service
• Potential for additional vacation days during Christmas to New Year time period.
• Continuing education opportunities.

Salary
• Commensurate with experience and education.
• Dependent upon skills, training, attitude, aptitude and ambition.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Grade XII.
• Administrative assistant training/experience an asset.
• Experience in A/E firm desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office required.
