You will be responsible for the development of
architectural interior design solutions for clients
within the corporate, education and healthcare
sectors. Applicants should possess strong design,
analytical and marketing skills, be proficient in
Autocad and MS Office and capable of working
with minimal supervision. LEED Accreditation
and NCIDQ Certification are assets.

THE POSITION
Intermediate Interior Designer possessing skills and knowledge in all phases of the Interior Design Process; able to provide creative solutions to design challenges; capable of professional communication with clients, contractors and vendors; technically sound in provision of contract document preparation and contract administration. Experience with healthcare design, corporate design, educational design and community facilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Graduate of an accredited Interior Design Program
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
• Membership in professional organization (PIDIM)
• NCIDQ certification or working toward certification
• LEED Accredited
CREATIVE
• Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that suit the client’s program of requirements.
• Ability to communicate solutions to client in graphic format.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficient in Current Versions of Autocad
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Knowledgeable in 3D rendering.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Working Terms
• 37.5 hour work week based on 1950 hours per year.
